Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways (PR), through the Project Director/Signals (LON-SDR) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of 04 Tons Air Conditioners. This project is part of the on-going execution of Computer Based Interlocking (CBI) works for the Re-Signaling Project on the Lodhran - Shahdara Bagh Section. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders must have valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026. Additionally, an original Bid Security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) must be delivered to the Office of the Project Director/Signals at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 12:30 PM on the closing date.
