For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Airports Authority is seeking contractors to supply, install and replace air-conditioning units at Sheikh Zaid International Airport's operational and critical office spaces. This is a medium-scale mechanical works contract with a tight deadline of less than three weeks from notice to bid closure. The project appears to be a maintenance/replacement initiative rather than new construction, suggesting familiarity with airport HVAC systems and critical infrastructure work is valuable. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory; bidders should confirm eligibility and bid security arrangements immediately.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC category or other registration requirements explicitly. Typically, mechanical works of this nature require PEC registration (Category C or higher in HVAC), valid NTN and GST registration, and no blacklisting history. Specific pre-qualification criteria should be confirmed in the e-bidding documents.
