The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of comprehensive group insurance services for its employees for the financial year 2025-2026. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The scope of work involves providing life and disability coverage for the authority's staff, ensuring robust social security and financial protection. Eligible bidders must be reputable insurance companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and possess valid registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders must also demonstrate at least three years of operational experience and provide a non-refundable tender fee of 1,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the PSPA office by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. The authority reserves the right to evaluate proposals based on technical competence and financial competitiveness to select the most suitable service provider.
