Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) Karachi, under the Military Lands & Cantonment Department, announces an open public auction for the disposal of miscellaneous unserviceable and old materials on an 'as is where is' basis. The auction is scheduled for 02 June 2026 at the CBC office in DHA Phase-VI. If the initial auction is not held or an advantageous bid is not received, subsequent auctions are scheduled for 03 June and 04 June 2026. Interested bidders or firms must be registered with the Sales Tax Department. The successful bidder is required to deposit 25% of the total bid amount immediately upon the fall of the hammer, with the balance due within three days of board approval. All applicable government taxes must be paid in addition to the bid amount. Participants are required to provide valid CNICs and contact details. The auction follows PPRA Rules 2004, and the Board reserves the right to reject any bid based on technical or administrative grounds.
