Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of high-speed internet services to support its academic facilities and student hostels. This tender aims to establish a reliable and robust network infrastructure necessary for the college's digital learning environment and administrative operations. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appearing on the Active Taxpayer List, and must also be registered with the EPADS system. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope method in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Interested service providers are required to submit a fixed bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Detailed technical specifications and evaluation criteria can be accessed via the EPADS portal. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, as manual or late submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day to ensure transparency in the selection process.
