Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of the Panjnad Canal Division in Panjnad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the large-scale remodelling and protection of the Left Marginal Bund (LMB) and Right Marginal Bund (RMB). This vital infrastructure project focuses on critical reaches of the Panjnad Headworks to ensure flood protection and structural integrity. The estimated cost for the civil works is approximately 913.714 million Rupees. Interested engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and also be registered on the EPADS Punjab portal. The procurement process will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of five percent of the estimated civil work cost in the form of a Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately via the EPADS system. All electronic bids must be uploaded no later than 2:00 PM on 16 May 2026, with technical bids being opened on the same day.
