Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge/Chairperson Procurement Committee, Kohat, invites sealed tenders for the financial year 2025-26 across six distinct lots. The procurement includes Lot 1: Stationery; Lot 2: Hardware; Lot 3: I.T. Equipment; Lot 4: Plant & Machinery; Lot 5: Furniture & Fixture; and Lot 6: Transport (Motorbike). Bidding is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Lot 1 follows a Single Stage Single Envelope (least cost) procedure, while Lots 2 through 6 follow a Single Stage Two Envelope (quality and cost-based) procedure under the KPK Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and KPRA, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and provide a 2% bid security of the total estimated cost. Successful bidders must provide samples and a one-year maintenance warranty. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
