Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division, Kotli (A.K) invites electronic bids for various infrastructure projects including the repair of link roads (e.g., Gola H/O Sabzada Zulfiqar Sab) and the construction of RCC culverts and PCC protection walls. These projects are funded through the Normal Budget for the 2025-26 financial year. Bidding is conducted under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System in accordance with AJK PPRA Rule 36(a). Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid endorsement for FY 2025-26. Bidders are required to submit a 3% bid security of the estimated cost and must upload their technical profile in PDF format via the E-Bidding dashboard. Hard copies of the complete bidding documents must be submitted to the office within 48 hours of bid opening. The e-bid submission deadline is 21 May 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bids opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
