The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Lodhran, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and financially sound firms for the procurement of various operational supplies for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of this tender includes the supply of high-quality stationery items, general store commodities, and specialized uniforms for staff members. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated price in the form of a call deposit. Complete bidding documents containing technical specifications and detailed terms can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge during official working hours. All technical and financial proposals, prepared under the single-stage one-envelope procedure, must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026. The public opening of the bids will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and participating representatives.
