Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites bids for the 'Construction of U-Turn at Walton Road Junction on CBD Route 47, and Allied Mosque Works' in Lahore. This project is open to experienced contracting firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in Category C-5 or above, specifically with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR. Bidders must also ensure they are not blacklisted by any government or public department. Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate at the CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 25,000.
