Establishment of The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur (Civil Works & Procurement)

The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur, has constituted a formal Procurement Committee for the 'Establishment of The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur' project. This large-scale developmental project includes hiring contractors for major civil works, procurement of equipment, and infrastructure development such as the 'Link Road 04 Set-Out.' The procurement process is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules (SPPRA). New Vision Engineering Consultant, based in Lahore and Islamabad, is serving as the designer for these works. The committee, led by the Dean of Faculty of Arts & Humanities, includes internal university officials and external experts to ensure transparency in accordance with provincial regulations. Detailed engineering drawings and project specifications were finalized in March 2026.
