Description / Scope of Work
Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) Sohrab Goth invites sealed bids for the provision, laying, and fixing of C.C. Paver Blocks at various locations in UC-5 Khadim Hussain Solangi Goth, including Block C Main Bazar, Block A (various streets), and Meerut Society Road. The estimated cost for this project (Work No. 01) is PKR 9,665,859. Bidding is open to firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category. A corrigendum has been issued adjusting the earnest money from 5% to 2% (PKR 193,317). Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. The project has a completion timeline of 12 months. All procurement processes are conducted via the SPPRA EPADs website in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
