Description / Scope of Work
The Central Police Office (CPO) Karachi provides standard bidding documents for minor civil and plumbing works costing up to PKR 2.5 million. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules for admeasurement-based contracts (percentage rate or unit price). Detailed requirements include the supply and installation of bathroom accessories such as commodes, wash basins, foreign-quality squatting type W.C. pans with flushing cisterns, C.P. Muslim showers with double bib cocks, and C.I. floor traps. The scope also covers making necessary holes in walls, plinth, and floors for pipe connections and restoration using cement concrete (1:2:4). Bidders must follow the instructions provided in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) regarding submission dates and locations. Evaluation and award of contract will be governed by the SPPRA Bidding Documents for Works.
