Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Upper Communication & Works Division, Kurram invites sealed bids from eligible firms, bidders, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (as amended to 10.05.2022) for three construction and rehabilitation works in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the financial year 2026-27. The project portfolio comprises reconstruction of partially damaged schools in merged areas (ADP No.272), construction and improvement of minority worship places in Miranshah District (ADP No.75), and associated civil works. Estimated project values range from PKR 1,000,000 to PKR 25,000,000. All works are located in Upper Kurram and Miranshah areas of KPK province.
Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 and hold valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) codes for the financial year 2026-27. Bid security shall be submitted as a Bank CDR (Certificate of Deposit Receipt) with the financial bid. Complete details including drawings, specifications and tender requirements must be downloaded from the official ePADS website (eproc.gov.pk) or the Communication and Works Department portal (www.cwd.gkp.pk) before submission.
Bidding documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer Upper Communication & Works Division, Kurram during normal working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS bidding system by 12:00 PM on 18 August 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day. Tender fees must accompany financial bids in the form of call deposits if not already submitted. Bidders are required to quote rates above or below both MRS (Market Rate Schedule) and non-MRS items per KPPRA guidelines.
