Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of laptops to support the Development of Online Statistical System in Punjab project. This procurement is aimed at well-reputed firms and companies registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted following the single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested bidders can obtain the comprehensive tender documents, which detail the technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions, from the official PITB website or the EPADS portal. A bid security of a specific amount, as mentioned in the tender document, must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system no later than 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026. Bids will be formally opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives at the Arfa Software Technology Park.
