Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Jhang, under the Communication and Works Department (C&W) of the Government of Punjab, has issued a public notice regarding mandatory registration on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This transition, implemented by Punjab PPRA in collaboration with PITB, aims to digitize the procurement lifecycle including planning, bidding, and contract closure. All bidders, vendors, suppliers, and individual consultants are required to complete their free registration on the official Punjab e-procurement portal to participate in building and infrastructure projects within the Jhang division. Procurement and contracts are governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The office is located at Library Chowk, Jail Road, Jhang.
