Description / Scope of Work
The LG&RDD Office (HQ) District Kolai Pallas invites electronic bids for multiple development projects under the 'Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative'. Works include the construction of walking tracks in Shalkhanabad and Gudar Bar Gabair, as well as the repair of Bara Chashma Mosque in Sair Ghaziabad. These tenders are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Electronic bids are due by 02:00 PM on 20 May 2026, with opening scheduled for 02:30 PM on the same day. Bid validity is 120 days, and a 2% bid security is required.
