Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division-II, Peshawar, invites electronic bids via the EPADS system for the annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes for the 2025-26 financial year. The scope includes Civil Works for the Pishtakhara Sub-Division (Estimated Cost: PKR 4.0 Million) and Electrical/Mechanical Works for the Hassan Khel Sub-Division. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with relevant codes (CE09, CE10, EE04, EE11, etc.), the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the FBR. For Electrical/Mechanical works, a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) and an affidavit confirming the availability of a workshop within District Peshawar are mandatory. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
