Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of a wide array of conventional metal and woodworking tools, alongside various power and hand tools. This procurement is specifically for the 'Makerspace Punjab' project, aimed at equipping creative and technical workspaces across the province. The scope includes high-quality machinery such as CNC routers, laser cutters, 3D printers, and standard workshop equipment like lathes, saws, and drills. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process is conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System (EPADS) following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms must submit technical and financial proposals electronically. A bid security is required as per the specifications in the bidding document. All proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day at the Arfa Software Technology Park.
