Description / Scope of Work
PTCL invites sealed bids from reputed chemist shops and medical stores for enlistment on its panel to supply medicines to employees in the Hyderabad (HyTR) and Sukkur (STR) regions. The contract is for a period of three (03) years on a local purchase basis with maximum discounts. This is a framework contract based on a demand-driven model, where purchase orders are issued as needed. Interested bidders must be registered with PTCL and provide a bid bond of PKR 30,000 in the form of a CDR/DD. Bidding documents can be requested via email until 15 May 2026, with a query deadline of 16 May 2026. All bids must include the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code). Submissions should be directed to the Regional Procurement office in Hyderabad.
