Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division in Abbottabad, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the installation and development of tube wells and pressure pumps. This re-notice inviting bids is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the KP-PPRA. A critical requirement for bidders includes the submission of an affidavit attested by an Oath Commissioner proving ownership of drilling machinery for tube wells. Bidders must also provide a physical verification certificate from the SDO or XEN. The procurement requires a bid entry fee of 0.03% of the tender cost and an undertaking regarding the completion of works within the stipulated timeframe. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026, with the public opening of bids scheduled for 1:00 PM on the same day at the Executive Engineer's office.
