Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Mansehra, KPK invites sealed tenders for various infrastructure development works in PK-38, including the provision of water bores and the construction of PCC and sewerage lines. These projects are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non-MRS items. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, and all bidding will be conducted online through the KP PPRA EPADS Portal. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above and must be enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. The estimated cost for the water bore project is 16.00 million with a 2 percent bid security of 0.320 million, while the PCC/Sewerage line project is estimated at 11.50 million with a bid security of 0.230 million. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 12:00 PM on May 25, 2026, and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
