Description / Scope of Work
The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the providing and installation of water hydrants at Raiwind City and Manga Mandi Sundar Maraka Chung Multan Road, Allama Iqbal Zone. The scope of work includes the installation of 12 double delivery type fire hydrants compliant with B.S.S. 750 standards, featuring 4-inch barrels and 2.5-inch valves. Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of safety junglas, foundations for hydrants with drainage systems, houdies, and paved areas. The contractor is also responsible for the installation of 2 HP submersible pumps with 2-inch delivery pipes, including boring, lowering, and electrical connections. This procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant authorities and maintain an active tax filer status. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on May 22, 2026, and the technical and financial opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
