Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed quotations for the selection of a creative agency for design, media production, and publication services. This procurement is part of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), supported by financing from the World Bank under Loan No. 75140-PK. The scope of work involves providing comprehensive creative design and media production services as outlined in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) reference number PK-MOITT-543489-NC-RFQ. Eligible service providers are required to submit their priced quotations along with documentation establishing their qualifications and eligibility according to World Bank procurement regulations. The contract will be awarded to the service provider offering the lowest evaluated total cost for the complete scope of services. Interested bidders can download the complete RFQ document from the official Ministry website or obtain information from the Project Management Unit at the TF Complex. All quotations must be submitted in person or by post no later than 15:00 Hours on 19 May 2026.
