Description / Scope of Work
The District Education Authority in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of high-quality furniture and various other items for several schools under its jurisdiction. This procurement initiative is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) and aims to upgrade educational facilities across the district. The scope of work involves the supply and delivery of desks, chairs, cupboards, and miscellaneous educational equipment as detailed in the technical specifications. Interested firms and authorized dealers must be active taxpayers and registered with relevant tax authorities to participate. Bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, and detailed lists of items are available at the office of the Chief Executive Officer during standard working hours. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared separately and submitted in a single package as per the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. All completed tender submissions must reach the designated office no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, followed by a public opening of technical bids at 11:30 AM.
