The Punjab Irrigation Department in Vehari, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the award of toll collection rights at the Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage. This contract covers the rights to collect toll taxes along with the operation and maintenance of weighbridges and associated civil works for a 365-day period starting from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The government has approved a reserve price of 30,733,786 Rupees for this term. Eligible contractors registered in the E-PAD system can participate in the e-auction process. Bidders are required to submit an original bid security instrument amounting to 5% of the reserve price, which totals 1,536,690 Rupees, to the Office of the Executive Engineer in Thingi. The procurement follows a single-stage procedure under the PPRA Rules 2014. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the designated electronic portal. The final deadline for quoting rates is 12:30 PM on 02 June 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 01:00 PM on the same day.
