Description / Scope of Work

The National Accountability Bureau Regional Bureau Sukkur invites applications from interested bidders to obtain auction tokens for participation in the open auction of properties and assets recovered through accountability proceedings. This auction application process is managed by NAB Sukkur located at Airport Road, Sukkur, Sindh, and represents opportunities for qualified bidders to purchase seized or forfeited assets in competitive bidding. The auction token application mechanism ensures transparent and regulated participation in NAB's asset disposal process.

Bidders must satisfy specific eligibility requirements including submission of valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation, proof of current residential address, and contact particulars. Token money must be submitted as a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit in favour of the Chairman NAB prior to auction participation. All bidders are required to execute a mandatory undertaking duly attested by a Notary Public on stamp paper of minimum Rs.50, accompanied by CNIC copies of the bidder and two witnesses. In cases where bidders cannot participate personally, they must provide a Special Power of Attorney on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum Rs.30 duly attested by Notary Public, Magistrate, or Civil Judge, along with particulars of their nominated attorney representative.

Applications must be submitted by 20 August 2026 before 10:00 am to NAB Regional Bureau Sukkur. Bidders undertake to ensure payment within the scheduled date and time as specified in Terms and Conditions and Bid acceptance letters. The Authority reserves the right to forfeit deposited amounts in case of default, and may pursue legal action for recovery of outstanding payment obligations. Rejected bids will have their token money refunded to the bidder's nominated bank account within one month of decision announcement.
