Description / Scope of Work
The Sukkur Electric Power Company in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) on a turnkey basis. This project, which follows the DS-01:2026 specification, is a significant technical undertaking aimed at enhancing the monitoring and performance of grid assets. The procurement process is conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with national competitive bidding standards. Eligible engineering firms and specialized contractors must demonstrate technical expertise in power system assets and software integration. Bidders are required to be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide a bid securing declaration or security as specified in the standard bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
