Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Health Services Sindh in Hyderabad, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the hiring of a professional courier agency to manage the integrated transport of TB and HIV samples for the year 2026-2027. The scope of work involves the secure collection and delivery of medical samples from TB Management Units (BMUs) and HIV ART centers to specialized GeneXpert and HIV COBAS testing sites across the province. The selected service provider must provide appropriate packing materials and utilize a dedicated tracking application or portal, such as Rider for Health, to ensure real-time monitoring and reporting. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board, and demonstrate experience in handling medical logistics. Detailed bidding documents containing the full terms of reference and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the Directorate's office. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. All bids must be delivered to the Directorate General Health Services Sindh headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
