Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Khyber, KPK invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors for the execution of various development schemes under the District Development Plan. The scope of work involves multiple infrastructure projects including the construction of PCC roads, solar-powered pressure pumps, street leveling and paving, and the installation of solar street lights in various Tehsils including Landi Kotal and Jamrud. These projects are aimed at improving basic amenities and connectivity within the tribal districts. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must also be enlisted with the Local Government Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will be conducted through the electronic bidding system, and all technical and financial documents must be uploaded accordingly. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids is 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026.
