Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Batkhela, KPK invites sealed bids for various development schemes under the Annual Development Program 2025-26. The projects include the construction of street pavements, PCC roads, and drainage systems in different union councils. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The scope involves civil works focused on improving infrastructure within the municipal limits of Batkhela. All interested contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be attached with each bid in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer during office hours. Proposals must be submitted to the TMA office no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and the bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the contractors or their authorized representatives.
