Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Minister's Inspection Team in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various hardware and IT equipment to support its administrative operations. The scope of this tender includes the purchase of high-performance laptops, branded desktop computers, medium-duty photocopiers, and laser printers. Additional items required include scanners and a heavy-duty air conditioning unit. This procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. All interested firms must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. A bid security of two percent of the total estimated price must be attached with the financial proposal in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft.
