Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Implementation in Peshawar, KPK invites technical and financial bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of gym and fitness equipment, cricket ground equipment, and various furniture items. This project falls under the ADP Scheme for the Development and Rehabilitation of Playing Facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (ADP NO.11563-180553). The scope includes two main lots: one for Hayatabad Sports Complex Peshawar and another for the D.I. Khan Sports Complex. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of 2% in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with technical bids being opened on the same day.
