Description / Scope of Work
The District Education Authority in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various food items intended for the taken over Madaaris within the district for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of essential dry and fresh rations, such as flour, pulses, cooking oil, and other grocery items, to meet the nutritional requirements of the educational institutions. Eligible bidders must be reputable suppliers or general order providers registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and must maintain an active taxpayer status. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), requiring bidders to submit their technical and financial proposals under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific list of food items, quantities, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Chief Executive Officer. All completed bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
