The Police Department, Government of Sindh invites sealed bids for the supply of dietary food items for trainees at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Elite Police Training Centre, Razzakabad, Karachi for the financial year 2026-27. This is a service contract for provision of nutritional meals to police trainees at the training facility. The tender is to be submitted through the E-PAK acquisition and disposable system (EPADs) electronic procurement platform as mandated by the Sindh government. The contract covers catering services for the institutional feeding program at the elite training centre in Karachi, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must submit bids that fully comply with the bidding documents including all instructions, forms, terms and specifications. All prices quoted must include applicable taxes such as income tax and sales tax unless specifically exempted. Bidders are required to furnish an earnest money deposit equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount as bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADs portal and cannot be accepted through any other method. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any stage prior to proposal acceptance in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended in 2019.
Bid documents are available for inspection at the office of the General Branch, Commandant SBBEPTC Razzakabad, Karachi. All sealed bids must be delivered on or before 10 August 2026 at 1400 hours. Bid opening will occur at the office of Commandant SBBEPTC Razzakabad on 10 August 2026 at 1430 hours through EPADs in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
