The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Mirpur, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the deployment of a state-of-the-art resilient energy infrastructure. This project involves the complete installation and commissioning of a Hybrid Power Solution specifically designed for the organization's Data Center to ensure 24/7 uptime. The scope of work includes the supply of two 10 kW hybrid inverters with intelligent load management, high-capacity lithium-ion or tubular batteries, and a 20 kVA soundproof diesel generator with an ATS panel and auto-start capability. All equipment must come with comprehensive warranties, including a five-year replacement warranty for the hybrid system. Eligible firms must be registered, provide a bid security of 500,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR, and submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
