Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Khyber, KPK invites sealed tenders through the EPADS system for various uplifting and beautification activities in Bara (PK-70). The scope of work includes the construction of street pavements, drains, tuff tiling, and the installation of solar lights and washrooms at Madrasa Stop and Speen Dand. Additionally, the project covers infrastructure improvements such as monuments, street lights, green spaces, and the renovation of shops. These works are part of ADP No 946/251053 for the 2025-26 fiscal year, with estimated costs for individual sub-works ranging from 0.70 million to 2.90 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department. A 2% bid security is required to be submitted in the form of a CDR. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026, and the bids will remain valid for 180 days.
