Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, dealers, and general order suppliers for the procurement of stationery, computer toners, and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. This government tender is open to firms that are active taxpayers and registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The scope of the contract includes the supply of high-quality office materials and printing consumables required for the daily operations of the civil courts. Bidders must submit their proposals under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated value must be attached with the financial offer in the form of a CDR. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from the office during working hours. All completed bids must be submitted to the Senior Civil Judge's office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening of tenders scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
