Description / Scope of Work
The Swat Irrigation Division-I in Swat, KPK invites electronic bids from approved contractors for the construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells. This project is part of ADP No. 2081/250220 and involves multiple sub-works in districts PK-05, PK-06, and PK-07, with each civil work estimated at approximately 6.901 million Rupees. Bidders must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 fiscal year in specialized categories including CE-04, CE-09, and CE-10. Active registration with KPRA and FBR is mandatory. A bid security and stamp duty amounting to 147,200 Rupees per work must be provided. Bidding will be conducted through the EPADS system following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Electronic proposals are due by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026 and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. The bids will remain valid for 90 days from the opening date, and contractors must ensure all technical materials meet Irrigation Department standards.
