The Sukkur Electric Power Company in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) on a turnkey basis. This project, identified under specification No. DS-01:2026, aims to enhance the monitoring and performance of electrical assets across the SEPCO network. The scope of work includes the delivery of all necessary hardware and software components, followed by professional installation and system integration. Bidding is conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate a strong technical background in power sector automation and management systems. Detailed bidding documents, including eligibility and evaluation criteria, are accessible via the EPADS platform.
