The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals for the establishment of an eight-month service frame agreement for information integrity consultancy. This high-level consultancy project is divided into three distinct lots: Lot 1 focuses on mapping and monitoring, Lot 2 involves narrative analysis and testing, and Lot 3 covers national workshops and action planning. The objective is to provide expert guidance and strategic support for UNHCR operations in Pakistan. Interested consultancy firms or individual experts must demonstrate technical expertise in information integrity and meet the scoring criteria outlined in the technical evaluation methodology. Bidders are required to register through the UNHCR Cloud ERP system to download detailed terms of reference and submit their financial offers. The deadline for electronic submission through the portal is 11:59 PM PST on 26 May 2026. This agreement will serve as a critical component in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information management for refugee assistance programs in the region.
