The Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt) Limited in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for a high-priority project to build and operate a Central Control Unit (CCU) for digital interventions. This strategic initiative, identified under Tender No. P-13/2026, involves the comprehensive setup of a centralized command center to monitor and manage various digital tax and revenue systems. The scope of work includes the procurement of specialized hardware, networking infrastructure, and the operational management of the unit on a turnkey basis. Bidding is being conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Two-Stage bidding procedure. Eligible firms must demonstrate extensive experience in IT infrastructure, digital monitoring solutions, and large-scale system integration. Registration with relevant tax authorities and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List is mandatory. Interested parties can access detailed bidding documents and submission guidelines via the EPADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the system by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the initial stage opening scheduled for the same day at the PRAL Head Office in Islamabad.
