Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of dashboard visualization, video wall, enterprise VDI solutions and UPS systems. The tender comprises three separate packages: Tender No. 40 for procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of dashboard visualization and video wall; Tender No. 41 for procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of enterprise VDI solutions; and Tender No. 42 for procurement, installation, commissioning and testing of UPS systems. These tenders are issued by the Procurement Cell of Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited, located at Galaxy Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Plot F 266-B, Street # 9, Sector I-9-3, Islamabad, Federal Province. The bidding documents contain detailed requirements and terms and conditions, and are available to registered bidders on ePADS portal and through the official website.
Eligible bidders must review the electronic bidding documents and instructions provided in the tender notice. Bidders are required to meet all qualification criteria, hold necessary licenses and certifications relevant to the solutions being offered, and provide appropriate bid security as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
