Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals from reputable consultancy firms for the provision of monitoring and evaluation services. This project is aimed at assessing the impact and effectiveness of various poverty reduction interventions across Pakistan. Interested firms must demonstrate extensive experience in large-scale social sector evaluations and have a strong team of qualified professionals with expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The scope of work includes developing a robust monitoring framework, conducting field visits, and producing comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Bidders are required to be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must not be on any blacklisted rosters. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes following the prescribed guidelines. All submissions must be delivered to the PPAF headquarters in Islamabad by 3:00 PM on 22 May 2026 for formal consideration.
