Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Clifton in Karachi, Sindh invites public participation in an open auction for the disposal of miscellaneous unserviceable and old material from various branches. This auction is conducted on an as-is, where-is basis at the board office located in Phase VI, DHA. Interested bidders, persons, or firms must be registered with the Sales Tax Department to participate. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 500,000 Rupees in the form of a pay order is required prior to bidding. The successful bidder will be obligated to deposit twenty-five percent of the total bid amount immediately upon the fall of the hammer, with the remaining balance due within three days of board approval. All applicable government taxes must be paid in addition to the bid amount before the material is released. The primary auction is scheduled for 11:30 AM on 02 June 2026, with alternative dates provided for secondary sessions if necessary. All participants must provide valid CNIC copies and contact details at the venue.
