Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the disposal of various unserviceable and scrap materials. The inventory includes a significant quantity of scrap items, such as approximately 360,000 kilograms of broken single-phase and three-phase meter scrap, currently located at the Regional Store Shalamar. This tender is being conducted under the National Open Competitive Bidding framework using a single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Eligible firms and bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain an active status on the taxpayer list to participate. A specific bid security amount is required as part of the submission process to ensure serious participation. Detailed survey reports and technical specifications for the scrap lots are provided within the bidding documents available on the e-procurement portal. All interested parties must submit their electronic proposals by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Successful bidders will be responsible for adhering to all public health, safety, and environmental protection guidelines during the removal of the waste material from LESCO premises.
