Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department in Kohat, KPK invites electronic bids for the procurement and supply of plants and polythene bags under the project titled Enhancing Tree Cover under Karak Area Development Programme. The scope of work is divided into two packages: Package A involves the supply of 62,640 Ber plants at a minimum height of 2 feet, while Package B covers the supply of 880 kg of non-recyclable white polythene bags. This tender follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure and is conducted through the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with the KPPRA, possess a valid PEC license with relevant codes like CE-10 Horticulture, and maintain active taxpayer status. A two percent bid security is required in the form of a CDR in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the official opening occurring at the same time at Bunglow Number 40, Sial Baz Road.
