The Lahore Electric Supply Company in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the disposal of various unserviceable and scrap materials under Tender No. 284. This auction lot includes a diverse range of scrap items such as approximately 136,500 kilograms of aluminum scrap of various sizes and PVC scrap, currently stored at the Regional Store Shalamar and Regional Store Pattoki. The procurement is conducted following the National Open Competitive Bidding framework and the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2024. Interested bidders and firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and maintain an active status on the taxpayer list to be eligible for participation. A mandatory bid security of 1,737,300 Rupees is required. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the official e-procurement portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Successful bidders are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all public health, safety, and environmental protection guidelines during the collection and removal of the scrap material from LESCO premises.
