Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of various essential items for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is divided into six comprehensive lots: stationery, hardware, I.T equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and transport including motorbikes. Procurement methods vary by lot, utilizing both Single Stage Single Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must participate through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders are required to provide samples for quality assessment and must offer a one-year repair and maintenance warranty for all components. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026. Successful vendors will be responsible for the delivery of defect-free, brand-new items to the designated delivery points in Kohat, inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges.
