Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Agricultural Information Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of networking infrastructure, internet services, and toner cartridges under RFP No. 07. This tender is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows a National Competitive Bidding process with a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The scope of work includes the establishment of robust networking solutions, the provision of high-speed internet connectivity, and the supply of various toner cartridges for official use. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security, as specified in the document data sheet, must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal. All proposals must be successfully uploaded no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Agricultural House on Davis Road.
